well...here we are again. i'm in a really strange mood today, not really good, but not necessarily bad either. and that got me thinking...i tend to update when i'm in moods like this, which made me think even more...because now i feel like somewhat of a livejournal tool...updating due to my emoness. i'm an emo theater kid today, so it would seem. but oh well...writing is supposed to be a positive coping mechanism...so there's an excuse of sorts. even though i don't really have anything to "cope" with. but i found a bit of a song that seems to describe this odd mood of mine...

i just miss all the good stuff...when i look up, i just trip over things
damn being on the brink of vacation...oh balls.
speaking of balls...today was the first day that it hit me that i'm not going back to camp this summer. i know, random much but not as random as you may think. while filling out applications for different summer endeavors, i realized that belvoir is officially over. like, OVER. and that...is a really discouraging thought. i never thought it would be this tough to have to let go of BT...but apparently i thought wrong. belvoir girls...if any of you happen to see this (CO4 or other) you are all amazing and i love you and miss you. a lot.
on a different note, west side story is coming up. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! woohoo! so i'll do some date dropping.

well...here we are...another day...another entry...even though i told myself not to update as much...oh well. i should listen to myself more often. but alas...i don't. ho hum.
so here we are...smack in the middle (or rather, in the beginning of the middle) of midterms. whee. midterms rock. psh. had another epiphany today...same genre as the first one...oh well. bad moods truly do suck. but the thing about bad moods that just makes them worse is, once they pass, you feel like an ass for getting all emo about it. so i'm trying not to get emo. i don't think i'm doing a very good job...but oh well. there are is a considerable number of things to look forward to...so let's (and by let's i mean me...heh...) focus on that.
things to look forward to: concert, february break, west side story, seeing phantom of the opera in the near future, and a possible snow day on monday. ::fingers crossed::
also...my journal layout has become quite eclectic. nothing really matches. but again...ho hum.
i think that's it. i'm going to go plan an english essay, then i'm going to go cause another tsunami, because that's what "smelly girl" does. lmao!

hello all...i know my last update was relatively recent, but i figured i might as well write again...just because.
well...maybe not "just because." because the end is approaching rapidly. this "end" is the end that will be unwillingly met by many, as the time of midterms grows nearer. this thursday, if you want an exact date, is the day of our soon to be discontent. so good luck to all in that respect, i know many of you won't need luck, but i'm trying to spread the good luck anyway.
on a slightly different note, after midterms come to an end, we will be halfway through the 2004-2005 school year. so congrats everyone on being almost halfway through, i hope the school year (and the more recent new year) have been treating you well.
on a final note, once midterms end, npc in concert opens! which is somethgin to look forward to. (of course new players is what brightens me up...aren't i cute...) so that's fun...NPC IN CONCERT: january 28 + 29 at 8:00 PM in the Little Theater. Should be pretty shweet.

Idina Menzel, the star of "Wicked," fell through a trap door during the Saturday, January 8th matinee and cracked a lower rib. The accident occurred near the end of the performance during what's known as "the melting sequence." During the scene, a trap door opens and an elevator that was to have lowered Menzel had already partially descended, causing the actress to fall and hurt her side. In Sunday's final scene, Menzel, wearing a track suit because her injury prevented her from getting into costume, went on stage for about 30 seconds of dialogue and singing. Today's matinee (Sunday, January 9th) was supposed to be her final performance.

hey all! well...this weekend has been a doozy. i got to spend the entire weekend with my family...up in scenic niantic, connecticut. i got the fabulous opportunity to play charades with the ENTIRE family, most of whom were playing while in a drunken stupor. which was kind of amusing. i also have realized that vodka cranberrys are really tasty. (thank you, family gatherings!) BUT...on a really wicked awesome note (ugh...i just said wicked awesome...BAD EMMA) i ran into ARIEL FOX at the urban outfitters in PROVIDENCE, RHODE ISLAND!!! of all the places! this incident is quite possibly one of the most exciting things that's happened to me so far this year (and it definitely made my weekend.) speaking of ariel fox, BELVOIR REUNION IS IN TWO WEEKS! co4 reunited!! i'm so pumped...you girls rock out loud!!
ALSO...while i'm on my psychotic rambling spree...it's only a 2 1/2 day week this week...and COLLEGE KIDS ARE COMING HOME ON WEDNESDAY! wOOt.
i think that's all..wow... this journal entry was really anti-climactic. whatevs! i have an APPOINTMENT!
